How to delete your data

Applies to all Replavo services (www.replavo.com), including the Facebook/Instagram comments module.

1. Disconnect Replavo yourself (immediate)

• Google mailbox: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove Replavo's access. Processing of your inbox stops immediately.
• Other mailboxes (app password): revoke or change the app password in your email provider's settings — access ends the moment the password stops working.
• Facebook / Instagram: go to Facebook Settings → Apps and websites, remove Replavo — we no longer receive any data from your Page or Instagram account.

2. Request deletion of stored data

Email us at [email protected] (subject: "Data deletion") from the address you used with Replavo. We delete the service data we store about you (account details, reply log, sender metadata, comment records) within 30 days, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. billing records). We will confirm the deletion by email.

3. If you wrote to a business that uses Replavo

For enquiries you sent to a business's inbox, that business is the data controller — contact them directly. Replavo acts as a processor and follows their instructions; you can also write to us and we will pass your request on. Details: Privacy Policy.
